We invite you to get to know the winks and curiosities of this Emmy®-winning HBO original drama series.

The eight-episode fourth season of WESTWORLD, HBO's Emmy®-winning original drama series, is now available in its entirety on HBO Max.

This final season features all of the characters after a seven-year gap. The war between humans and robots breaks out once and for all and the latter seem to be in total control of the course of humanity and their peers. Roles change and those who once served as buffoons for the powerful now pull the strings not only of the main characters, but of all humanity.

We give you 5 reasons not to miss this incredible season:

LUXURY CAST: This fourth season features performances by Evan Rachel Wood, Emmy® winner Thandiwe Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Luke Hemsworth, Aaron Paul and Angela Sarafyan. As well, Oscar winner Ariana DeBose ("West Side Story") joins the cast as a guest star. All of them headline the roster of actors who bring to life the humans and robots that star in this futuristic drama filled with mystery and intrigue.

"THE FATE OF LIFE ON EARTH", A UNIQUE AND ORIGINAL PREMIERE: is a sci-fi series set in the near future whose action takes place mainly in an amusement park set in the Wild West, although in this season the characters finally venture beyond the parks and visit the city. Years have passed and the differences between robots and humans are growing. Conflicts and war out of control bring to light new reflections, different points of view about revenge, pain, relationships and feelings, about what is right and what is wrong.

IT HAS SIMILARITIES WITH GREAT PRODUCTIONS LIKE 'GAME OF THRONES' (AVAILABLE ON HBO MAX): As Jonathan Nolan, one of its screenwriters and producers, acknowledged, without GAME OF THRONES there would have been no WESTWORLD, basically because this saga pushed the limits of television and opened the spectrum of science fiction for a wider audience. Moreover, beyond the visual aspects (wide vistas filled with armies, men on horseback and elaborate armed encampments) the series have a lot in common.

INSPIRED BY VIDEO GAMES: Its creators, Jonthan Nolan and Lisa Joy, were inspired by some famous video games when producing the entire series. In an interview at the New York Comic-Con, picked up by the site Vulture, the couple mentioned great games such as Red Dead Redemption (2010) and BioShock Infinite (2013).  Both the construction of their characters, the behavior of NPCs (non-player characters) and the treatment of moral and philosophical themes, served as the basis for each of the stages of this blockbuster.

IT TAKES US TO ANOTHER DIMENSION: A perfect mix is created between the futurism of the most advanced technology with all the archaic and crudeness of life in the far west. It is as if the humans are constantly entering a real video game.

WESTWORLD is a dramatic, ambitious and highly imaginative series that takes the concept of adventure and thrill-seeking to a dangerous new level. In the futuristic fantasy park, a group of androids deviate from their programmers' carefully planned scripts in a disturbing pattern of aberrant behavior.

WESTWORLD was created for television by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who are executive producers along with Alison Schapker, Denise Thé, J.J. Abrams, Athena Wickham, Richard J. Lewis and Ben Stephenson. Production companies: Kilter Films and Bad Robot Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television; based on the film written by Michael Crichton.
